The Data Management Department is responsible for Data collection, creation and maintenance of securities, entities and calendars in the Bank systems. Within the Data Management Department, the Pricing Section is collecting, controlling and validating the securities prices and FX rates used for the valuation of the Client and the Bank’s portfolios. The Pricing Section works closely with the Depositary Bank and the Fund Administration business units.

We are now looking for a Senior Pricing Officer on a permanent contract.

Your main tasks will be:

- Collection of details and prices from prices Providers,
- Creation of golden copy in the Pricing system through strict controls and prices updates
- Control proper price propagation into downstream systems
- Private Equity Funds; collection and analysis of valuation statements and price computation
- Pre-checking of price lists
- Manual inputs on a daily basis of non-automated data & prices
- Ensure cut-off respect and timely reception of pricing information
- Apply department guidelines and procedures
- Ensure effective enquiries management and resolution

Job requirements:

- Minimum BAC +3 in Banking/Finance
- 2 to 5-year experience in Private Equity Funds or in reporting analysis function
- Very good theoretical knowledge of Private Equity funds / Real Estate Investment funds specificities
- Ability to navigate through and to understand financial statements
- Knowledge of funds regulations will be considered as an asset
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools – VBA/Macro knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Have good analytical skills, be very precise and dedicated to quality. Accurate and stress-resilient is a must
- Excellent team spirit and organizational skills.
