For our international Marketing team we are looking for another team member.
As a Marketing Specialist you will fully manage marketing projects relating to some of our products:
- Follow the creation of new marketing materials from the beginning to the delivery (brochures, advertisements , flyers, presentations, videos, landing pages, social media posts, and more)
- Be responsible of the review of already existing marketing materials
- Constant liaising with our technical teams to update the projects status
- Be in constant contact with marketing agencies to ensure that project timelines are met
- Discuss with salesmen to collect feedback and inputs on material, ensuring highest quality
- Evaluate quotes and costs for your marketing material
- Be an active part of the Marketing team and provide general support to incoming requests from the European business
Qualifications
Are you interested? We are looking for people who are passionate about their work and who will fit well in our team. Moreover we hope that you have
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with project management activities (Prince 2 certification an asset)
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibilities of own tasks
- Any other Marketing admin experience considered an asset
- Fluency in English
- Any other language an asset
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to an always-changing role
- Fast learner and able to learn ‘on the job’
- Self-motivated and independent personality, able to work independently as well as in teams
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Adobe products is considered an asset
