Our European HR team of 5 people is looking for an intern. We can offer a friendly and dynamic work environment where you will be exposed to a variety of international HR tasks; both for the management of our Luxembourg office as well as support for our European organisation with 22 subsidiaries. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Central role in Time Tracking project for our Luxembourg office, in collaboration with our HR Manager
• General support and exposure to daily HR work
• Support recruiter in contract preparation and on boarding of new employees
• Supporting with HR admin, filing and work in our HR system

 
Qualifications

We are looking for students who are dedicated, curious and proactive in their learning; eager to take on new responsibilities and expand their knowledge of HR.

• Currently studying HR, Business Administration or a similar field
• Work proficiency in English 
• Motivated, flexible, passionate and with a service mindset
• Structured and able to work independently on projects and tasks
• Previous work experience an asset but not mandatory
